1) be at least 18 years of age

2) must be able to successfully pass a drug screening using the hair follicle method

3) must undergo a nationwide criminal background check & have no prior felony convictions

5) must have a high school diploma or GED

6) must be a team leader eager to learn new skills and get along well in a team environment

7) must be dependable and able to commit to a solid 40 hour schedule
