What is Productive Staffing?
Productive Staffing is a locally owned and operated employment agency
that assists people in finding jobs. We were established in 1996
and our team has helped many businesses find the perfect employees for
the job! Without you, we could not operate! We have
applicants trained in many fields and we interview people every day to
ensure that we have the perfect person for each job.

Do you only offer temporary workers?
No, we offer three types of placement for your convenience: temporary, temp-to-hire,
& permanent placement.
The temporary program is where an employee
may fill in for one day or be in place for an indefinite amount of
time. Don't be fooled by the word temporary. Our
"temporary workers" consist of recent college grads trying to
gain experience to retired professionals with 'tons' of valuable
experience to homemakers that are re-entering the workforce.
The temp-to-hire program is where we place an
employee at your facility for a 90-day period. During this 90-day
period (or a total of 480 hours) the employee remains on our payroll to
give the client an opportunity to check out the skills the employee
possesses and to ensure that this person fits in well with their working
environment. This is one of our most popular programs simply
because it allows the client an "assessment period" before making
a long-term commitment.
The permanent placement program is where we
follow the same thorough screening process. The difference is
simply that the client prefers to hire the employee directly onto their
payroll instead of using our 90-day "assessment period".

We fill job orders from general laborers to machine operators ...
from clerical personnel to management ... from delivery drivers to sales
associates. No matter what type of work you do, we have or can find
the right employee for you!

Can you provide drug screenings and background
checks on applicants we've found? Yes, if you've
already found an applicant that you would like to hire, we can perform
drug screenings (either hair testing or urinalysis) and background checks
(criminal and prior work history) for you. Just give us a call for
more information.

Do you check an applicant’s work history?
Yes! We thoroughly verify an applicants
prior work history as well as perform a nationwide criminal background
check. Two types of drug screenings are also available.

Can I interview applicants prior to placement?
Each of our clients is welcome to interview applicants at
their location or ours prior to placement. This is especially
important in the permanent placement area, but we offer it to our clients
at any time.
