Productive Staffing is a full service staffing agency, serving all of Southeast Missouri and  Northeast Arkansas.  It has been locally owned and operated by William & Janet McNece since its start in 1996.  The newest development is the opening of the Jonesboro, Arkansas office in August 2009. Productive Staffing has a proven track record of finding the perfect employee for each client’s needs. Our team prides itself in the thorough screening of our applicants and our ability to match the right skill and personality to each individual company.  When we interview applicants for the job, we make sure they understand the skills, demands, and working environment for each position.  We offer three types of placements for your convenience:  Temporary The temporary employee may fill in for one day or be in place for an indefinite amount of time.  Don't be fooled by the word “temporary”.  Our “temporary-workers” range from recent college grads trying to gain experience to retired professionals with “tons” of valuable experience to homemakers that are re-entering the workforce.  We constantly recruit so that we can have the most qualified workers available when you need them. Temp-to-Hire The temp-to-hire program is where we place an employee at your facility for a 90-day period.  During this 90-day period (or a total of 480 hours) the employee remains on our payroll to give the client an opportunity to check out the skills the employee possesses and to ensure that this person fits in well with their working environment.  This is one of our most popular programs simply because it allows the client an “assessment period” before making a long-term commitment. Permanent Placement We also offer permanent placements where we follow the same thorough screening process.  The difference is simply that the client prefers to hire the employee directly onto their payroll instead of using our 90-day “assessment period”.  We back each permanent placement with a 90-day guarantee.
